TalenCia is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer for one of its clients.
- Location: Namur
- Duration: 6 months (+ extensions)
- Start date: asap
- Support day to day incoming calls/mails;
- Support 1st line (Hardware and software);
- Creation of tickets;
- Able to manage a range of tasks in a challenging environment;
- Ensure professional follow up of queries.
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Proficient in computer use and MS Office;
- Experience in VMware;
- A real team player, rigorous and ambitious;
- Customer oriented;
- French and good knowledge of Dutch.
