TalenCia is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer for one of its clients.

Details:

  • Location: Namur
  • Duration: 6 months (+ extensions)
  • Start date: asap

Job description:

  • Support day to day incoming calls/mails;
  • Support 1st line (Hardware and software);
  • Creation of tickets;
  • Able to manage a range of tasks in a challenging environment;
  • Ensure professional follow up of queries.

Profile:

  • 1 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office;
  • Experience in VMware;
  • A real team player, rigorous and ambitious;
  • Customer oriented;
  • French and good knowledge of Dutch.
