\nManage the incident of applications focusing on the production environment: Depending on the
\nreasons, you transfer to the appropriate teams and follow up until the ticket is resolved within the
\nagreed-upon timeframes,
\nIn conjunction with the network and infrastructure teams, analyze and find Microsoft-related
\nsolutions to restore functionality and\/or provide a workaround.
\nHelp our company by listening to and understanding business needs in order to implement and
\nimprove our processes.
\nWork on ways to improve the development and release processes by automating them (CICD)
\nExecute and coordinate testing around DevOps activities, and promote best practices. DevOps
\n(automation, application lifecycle,…)
\nParticipate actively in the formation of the DevOps team, which is able to launch the production of
\nMEP version changes, releases, and documentation maintenance and creation.
\nparticipating in projects and coordinating projects when new tools are required for our solutions;
\nBring the plans for implementing the changes you’ve made up to date.
\nMaintain complete process monitoring, update existing procedures, or develop new ones to reduce
\ndowntime;
\nWrite scripts to carry out monitoring tasks that are outside the purview of the tools available for
\nmonitoring.<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/span>
\n\uf0b7 Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server \/ O365 \/ Azure
\n\uf0b7 Good knowledge of Azure Devops
\n\uf0b7 Experience with tools of Scripting, like Powershell or Perl
\n\uf0b7 Solution Minded
\n\uf0b7 Good communicator
\n\uf0b7 Fluent in English
\n\uf0b7 Fluent in French is a huge advantage but not something that is required
\n\uf0b7 Experience with Citrix is a +
