a Recruitment \/ Business Solution Consultant<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Keeping track of the job opportunities<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Developing new clients with long term objectives and various approaches<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Advertising your client's opportunities in an attractive way<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Reading efficiently CV's for a quick sort based on the identified client's needs<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Calling relevant candidates to further investigate their suitability, interest and availability<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Arranging interviews and managing client and candidate\u2019s expectations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Conducting Interviews: prepare the consultant to the client's interview and accompaniment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Managing in a creative way the client's and the candidate's expectations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong><em><u>Requirements :<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Bachelor Degree or 1<sup>st<\/sup> experience as Key account manager or senior recruitment consultant or similar experiences<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Proven track records in sales would be an asset but not Mandatory!<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Good understanding and command of sourcing and recruiting techniques would be an asset.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Entrepreneurial-minded\u00a0with a strong focus on the further development of activities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
