• Zich een globaal beeld opstellen van de IT-markt om de basis te verwerven van hoe deze werkt, de huidige situatie te begrijpen en toekomstige trends vast te leggen.
• Sollicitatie- en aanwervingsgesprekken voeren per telefoon met de kandidaten.
• De beste kandidaten aan de opdrachtgever voorstellen en feedback verzamelen van elke partij en deze delen met de andere partij zodat er een samenwerking tussen opdrachtgever en kandidaat via Talencia bestaat.
• Dagelijkse administratieve taken uitvoeren om informatie te centraliseren, de activiteit te meten en de successen te registreren.
• Regelmatige opvolging van talenten die bij een klant geplaatst werden (vervanging? verlenging?)
• Contact houden met de klanten om op de hoogte te blijven van hun behoeften.
