Duration: 3 months renewable contracts (long term) Description My client is currently in the migration 365. According to this situation, there will be more incidents in the Service Management Team. Your main responsibilities are
  • Dealing with complex 2nd and 3rd level incidents and problems, providing support and technical expertise to your colleagues and the customer;
  • Assessing the situation to ensure that upgrades, upgrades, modifications and/or extensions can be implemented among other tasks
  • Contribute to ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Availability, Capacity, Change and Configuration management;

Job description: You will be responsible of the support for the end-users and will have to find the root of problems and solve them with your colleagues. This will include first and second line helpdesk request. Additionally you are responsible for minimising downtime and interruptions for said end-users. Organisations interal hardware and IP connectivity will also be part of your tasks. Last but not least, one week in five you will asked to be on call 24/7. Startdate: ASAP Location: West Flanders Duration: 1 year + Required skills:  Fluent in Dutch and English and a working knowledge of French is a strong plus.
