You will :
Provide support to end-users and trainers (training room);
Be the SPCO for the 1st line for problems from infrastructure, Office or own applications, telephony, …
Be responsible for the creation of tickets, and for the respect of the SLA’s;
The role will be mostly focused on Application Connect transformation into an API-driven platform, hence the reporting line to manager in the API Squad; however, the role won’t be limited to the Connectivity tribes, since APIs and API management will be pervasive across all customer products. The developer will also, as such, collaborate on features for the CRM tribes.
Your proposals should allow our products to evolve in the world of digitalization, analytics, mobile, new technologies and new sector standards.
You will perform functional analyses to provide all necessary information allowing the developers to enhance the existing and new solutions;
Design, development of specifications, coding, testing and maintenance of high quality application software, tools and development projects;
Challenge the solutions, in a constructive manner, and provide expertise in order to meet objectives of quality, to improve efficiency of development team and to deliver value to the business.
