Duration: 6 months + extensions

Homeworking: Onsite for the first 6 months – then 2 days onsite and 3 at home

Languages: Dutch-French-English trilingual


  • Min. 5 years of experience as a Service Desk Agent (4+ negociable)
  • Knowledge of Windows, Jira, MS Office, Active Directory
  • Customer Oriented
  • Knowledge of installation of laptops, programs and mobile peripherals
  • Knowledge of managing stock and using CMDB for asset management
  • Knowledge of documentation
