A Belgian IT recruitment team, specialized in the screening and the identification of appropriate IT consultants to respond to companies’ needs.
Talencia Consulting offers contract solutions as well as permanent solutions and Temp to Perm solutions.
Talencia Consulting has Belgian statutes, all its operations are run from Brussels and are focused on the Belgian and neighbouring countries’ markets.
Talencia was launched in February 2013 by senior IT recruiters, booked a +56% growth in its turnover in 2014-2015 and has doubled the number of placed Talents between 2015 and 2017 and has multiplied almost by five the number of its Clients in the same timeframe.
Our recruitment solutions, as well as each of our decisions, always aim at building up strong, sustainable partnerships. We are very concerned by our reputation inside as outside the company and determined to remain a trustworthy intermediate in the IT recruitment sector for many more years.
