Within the Customer Support department, you will manage the infrastructure. This is a very diverse environment that includes several IT and telecommunication systems. Proactive monitoring and operational management of these systems as well as technical assistance to users are provided by the Centre located in Brussels.


  • Customer orientation, resolution of incidents and management of user complaints at the technical level.
  • Proactive monitoring actions.
  • Monitoring of interventions.
  • Clear and structured communication with our customers (internal or external).
  • Contribution to the management and optimisation of the various management tools and processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Your profile

  • You are a customer-oriented incident solver and a team player
  • You have a technical university degree.
  • Interested in telecommunications, you have a good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, LAN/WAN, transmission technologies, digital Radio communications.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Virtualisation, Storage, blade technology, security, are an additional asset.
  • Mandatory : Bilingual (French and Dutch).
  • You are familiar with the ITIL methodology.
