One of the founders of Talencia Consulting, I have been the company’s Managing Director ever since its creation in February 2013.
After successfully completing my studies in International trade, I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant in an international IT recruitment agency where I was in charge of the Dutch Market. Later, I joined a local recruitment agency focalized upon the national market and where I stayed longer.
I see myself as someone human, who highly appreciates the daily exchanges with clients, applicants and colleagues.
Thanks to our strong knowledge of the Belgian market and our large experience in the selection and recruitment of personnel in the IT sector, we have started up our own agency with an innovative approach that fits our values and where we have chosen to put “Humans” at the heart of our concerns.
I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, playing football (indoor or outdoor) with friends.
