You will work as Administrator & Engineer in our IT Infrastructure Team. Your main tasks will be to manage incidents & provide support to internal & external customers.

You will be a central actor of the digital transformation of the company, currently busy on the rebuild of the IT Systems & processes to support the business at all levels: Marketing & Com, Sales services, Purchase, Logistics…
Support Engineer
Coordinating, configuring, installing and supporting IT hardware, software
Support Network Engineer
As support Network Engineer, you will collect the Network Incident, manage, support, solve, install, configure the passive and active Network devices.
Junior IT Helpdesk
You will :
Provide support to end-users and trainers (training room);
Be the SPCO for the 1st line for problems from infrastructure, Office or own applications, telephony, …
Be responsible for the creation of tickets, and for the respect of the SLA’s;
API & Back-End Developer
The role will be mostly focused on Application Connect transformation into an API-driven platform, hence the reporting line to manager in the API Squad; however, the role won’t be limited to the Connectivity tribes, since APIs and API management will be pervasive across all customer products. The developer will also, as such, collaborate on features for the CRM tribes.
Functional Analyst
Your proposals should allow our products to evolve in the world of digitalization, analytics, mobile, new technologies and new sector standards.
You will perform functional analyses to provide all necessary information allowing the developers to enhance the existing and new solutions;
