Talencia is looking for an IT Collaborator for a permanent position in the Brabant Wallon.

Description :
– You will have to support 60 people in their IT related problems (Hardware and ERP)
– You develop and maintain the external links of the ERP via REST API
– You are responsible for the installation and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure
– You will manage the back-up system and the Office 365 user accounts of the employees
– You will ensure the security of the IT systems
– You will be in contact with our service providers who will assist you with various more complex IT
concerns
– You will write internal procedures and user manuals
– Together with the other members of the IT department, you are constantly looking for structural
improvements to ensure the smooth running and stability of services
– You report to the process manager

Your profile :
– Bachelor in applied computer science (or two years of equivalent experience)
– Knowledge of various OS
– Knowledge in SQL, XML and JSON
– Team spirit and good communicator
– resourceful, organised and result-oriented
– Solution Oriented
– French and technical English, Dutch will be an appreciated plus!
